Tom Breaks Down in the Middle of the Game

Earlier today, Kuya gathered the house teams to declare the winner of the second battle. First team to win three out of five will be this week’s winner, and would enjoy the benefits of a full budget. House B was clearly ahead in the first half of the game, but House A caught up in the second half. However, one housemate failed to acknowledge the change of rules for the second half. This caused them the win, as the second part of the game was considered void, awarding the win to House B. Rob, the one at fault, had difficulty accepting the decision, feeling that the instant changing of rules was unfair. Read more of the PBB games where Tom breaks down here.

PBB Double Up Pinoy Big Battle is Up

This week, House A and House B are up for a friendly competition called Pinoy Big Battle. Unlike their previous weekly tasks, they are actually going for a head-to-head battle with their rivals this time to get their hands on next week’s budget; and in order to claim victory, each group has to struggle in terms of bagging the first three wins out of the five exciting games Big Brother prepared. TNS Survey top ratings for PBB Double Up at 32.2%.

The series premiere of Pinoy Big Brother Double Up on Oct. 4 (called Pinoy Big Brother Double Up The Magical Reveal) led the pack with an average household rating of 32.2%.

In second place was the country’s longest running drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya, with 27. 4%, followed by the newsmagazine program Rated K Handa Na Ba Kayo? with 27.2%. More of this news here...

Who's Next to be Evicted in PBB Double Up

Six more "Pinoy Big Brother" (PBB) reality show contestants face eviction this week, host Toni Gonzaga announced on Sunday.

"Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up" housemates were still reeling from the departure of Katlin, a contestant from Big Brother Finland, and Delio's eviction when they heard the announcement.

Those nominated for eviction include 2 individuals from House A and 4 from House B.

It has been almost a month since the contestants shacked up in a house equipped with numerous cameras so the public can view their activities, and a confession room where they interact with an all-seeing, seemingly omnipresent "Big Brother." Read more here...

Rob and Rica Task is to Pretend as Lovers

Inside the PBB Double Up house, the second batch of housemates, Rob (the Australian Boy) and Rica (the transgender) was placed on their hand a special task and that is to pretend and make the other housemates believe that they are lovers. They have to do whatever they can and plan a move that will make the other PBB Double Up housemates believe that they are indeed lovers.

Rob from the moment the task was given is half-hearted and is having second thoughts but he can't do anything about it anymore. He had to abide by Big Brother's task on them because it is where their weekly budget will all depend on.

Kathleen Jimson and Patrick Failed in Weekly Task

After almost a week of pretending that they are really couples inside the PBB Double Up house, Kathleen and Jimson were the ones who failed the weekly task and failed Patrick with respect to expectations. They couldn't stand the pressure of the task which is to pretend as just another set of housemates inside the PBB house and that Patrick is the real hubby of Katleen.

Jimson, with his being too jealous with what the pretending couples were doing was from the start in doubts that he can stand his ground with his true wife pretending to be the wife of another man. Seeing them together and holding hands and kissing here and there was one of the worst sight that Jimson had for almost a week.

In the end, the true couples decided to admit in front of all the other housemates including Patrick that they were the true couple and that Patrick is just another guy in their life inside the PBB house. It was the night of the wedding anniversary celebration that Jimson revealed the real score between Kathleen and Patrick and himself and Katleen. In short, they failed everybody because they lost the weekly budge by loosing in the weekly task.

Couples Jimson and Kath with Diffucult Task

Jimson and Kath will have a difficult task to bear while inside as soon as they enter the PBB Double Up house. Both were part of the second batch of housemates to get inside the PBB house. With this task as they get in, will be Patrick.

The hardest part here is that Patrick had to do something really hard and to most would probably one of the against-your-will tasks to do. Patrick will be the one to pose as Kath's hubby while Jimson will be just another guy inside the PBB house.

I hope the 3 new housemates will make it to a point where they all can live up to their task to the last minute. But I double that somebody will have to do something to win this weekly task.
